Coming to Bluesfest this weekend? Stop by our tent if you're hungry! We are prepping our menu offerings and mixing up the last batches of zingy dressings. On the menu: Triple Pig - smoked pulled pork topped with smoked loin topped with maple bacon and then (!) topped with an apple cider coleslaw. Double Pig - smoked loin topped with maple bacon, topped with carmelized onions. Single Pig - our smokie with your choice of condiments. See you there!!!

Bay Meats Butcher Shop, located in the historic Bay & Algoma neighbourhood in Thunder Bay, has re-opened their retail storefront! We have undergone extensive renovations, installing our new smokehouse and re-modelling the front of our store. Stop by the store and check out the old world look of the retail shop! Open now Tuesday to Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, you can pick up your favourite Bay Meats Butcher Shop products.
