Terrible experience with management after I got my vehicle oil guarded. First time I went to stop near alloy drive my brakes faded away. I stopped and found the sprayed the inside of the rims with the oil guard. I went to speak with them regarding it and I spoke with one of the managers, I spoke my concern regarding a potential safety issue if I really needed to stop I couldn't. We wound up in a screaming match in the parking lot. The car was done very well besides a error with the wheels which did go away, but I will never forget the experience I had with the manager.

I am happy with the service except on many occasions I have driven from Westfort to get my car washed during posted and advertised open hours and they have been closed early. This happens frequently . I am very disappointed that the hours advertised are not followed
