"Book your next appointment tailored to your time schedule" as she said a month ago anytime is good for u we open at 730 I waited a whole month so I was willing to drop my car off at the end of the day and wasn't expecting it back I was going to give them the advance go ahead on do whatever work is needed, putting my trust into a business I have never conducted business with. Picked up my kids from school called and the rude receptionist told me she gave my appointment away I have to wait until January (another month) as a business owner i know this is operating I bad faith and I do not recommend this shop as there is 50 others in thunderbay.
