Life has an interesting way of choosing paths for us. An Honors degree in Bachelor of Kinesiology from Lakehead University and a sales career that helped strengthen networking and managerial skills to real-estate; Neil Irwin’s journey has been an eclectic one. If Winnipeg skies were the first he laid his eyes on, Thunder Bay helped seal the qualities of integrity, hard work, professionalism and business ethics in him that has ensured his success in the real-estate career. Having been given the opportunity of managing and being a part of the three-decade-old Century 21 Partners Realty Inc., owned by his Father-in-law, Don Stasiuk, he has been at the helm of many successful deals for the company in Thunder Bay area.
Having represented buyers, sellers, investors and banks in both residential and commercial market and being known for his great attention to detail, strong work ethics, transparent communication, excellent customer service and seamless transactions, Neil has fashioned for himself a strong client base that has been built on trust. A respected member of the Thunder Bay real Estate Board, Neil takes pride in being a Thunder Bay resident for the past 35 years. Blessed with 2 beautiful children and a lovely decade old marriage, he partakes in many community activities and is also an avid sports enthusiast.
