I was looking for a last minute haircut, and Serenity accommodated me very well. The haircut I received from the young stylist Riccardo was top notch. Definitely recommend this salon to others.

I had a hair appt booked for 1pm on Tuesday September 29th. Little over 1 hour before the appt I get a call from the salon asking me if I can come in for 12:30. Understanding that things happen I rush my schedule and agree to the 12:30 spot. Upon arrival at 12:24 the salon phoned me telling me I am late. I state we agreed on 12:30 when I had a 1pm appt. they said that I was supposed to be here at12 and argued with me saying there's nothing that they can do. I asked for a reschedule and they had zero openings for the next week when I already pre booked this appt a month in advance. Very unprofessional spokesmen on the phone and very unorganized business.
