Your Thunder Bay North Stars netminder Brock Aiken has been tabbed as a finalist for the CJHL Top Goaltender Award! Yesterday the CJHL announced the names of the five netminders who have been selected finalists for the Award in 2018-19. Each of the nominees were determined by a voting process completed by each of the CJHL’s 10-member leagues. Goaltenders are recognized for their respective efforts during the regular season. The Superior International Junior Hockey League announced Monday the game schedule for the upcoming Bill Salonen Cup Final between the Thunder Bay North Stars and the Red Lake Miners. All contests in this best-of-seven affair will feature 7:30 p.m. starts. On-ice action will commence Saturday as the North Stars host Game 1 at the Fort William Gardens.
