The regimen features a different 30 minute circuit everyday that incorporates a variety of equipment and exercises to ensure you’re constantly challenged, never bored, and always maximizing your metabolism’s potential.

The regimen is designed to improve elements of strength, coordination, and agility through skipping, boxing and kickboxing movements, resistance exercises, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and much more. By sustaining an elevated heart rate for the duration of your workout, unwanted weight will melt off as you build lean body mass and burn calories for up to 36 hours.
